From 2018-2020, Nong Rak focused on the sourcing and selling of unique and homemade vintage and antique clothing with AN intent to research the history of garment-making AND DESIGNS OF THE PAST - much of which was a product of cottage industry of BYGONE ERAS.
While sourcing and selling these pieces kept our creative practice afloat during those years, we also spent that time teaching ourselves about material, clothing construction and hand-craft elements as well as age-old IDeALS around craft mastery and human ingenuity, and the portfolio below is what ultimately informed so much of what we now do with Nong Rak.
